SERVING THE EMPIRE AND ITS PEOPLE:

The various official offices, roles and functions that enable the Empire to operate are known collectively as the Government Administration. Any Citizen can take an active role in the day to day operations of Thrace, and potentially help define the future shape and scope of its laws, administration, policies, procedures, activities and interactions by registering on this page to become a member of the Government Administration.

·  Bestow Titles of Nobility, both Hereditary and ad vitam.

·  Bestow Orders, Decorations and Medals.

·  Appoint and dismiss at pleasure Commissioned Officers in the Imperial Armed Forces.

·  Devise and promulgate Laws of the Empire.

·  Exercise ultimate judicial authority as Lord High Justice of the Empire.

·  Accredit Ambassadors, Consuls and other Diplomats.

·  Negotiate and conclude all treaties, concordats and international agreements, and resolve all territorial disputes internally and externally of the Empire.

·  Declare war and issue Letters of Marque.

·  Regulate commerce and agriculture.

·  Mint the Coin of the Empire and regulate the value thereof.

·  Grant and rescind at pleasure all Charters, Warrants and Commissions.

·  Provide for the defense of the Empire.

·  Levy taxes and fix the categories and rates thereof.

·  All other Rights, Privileges and Prerogatives conventionally recognized as belonging within the exercise of a Sovereign and Imperial Head of State under International Law.
